The Pastoral Assistant will play a central and varied role at the heart of the organisation providing pastoral support to the NCYM team, both within the centre and externally during events and concerts, as we embark on a period of growth and development. We’re seeking an experienced and empathic individual who can primarily champion the safeguarding and welfare needs of our students and represent NCYM to our various stakeholders during our Saturday learning sessions.
The Instrumental Co-Ordinator will be responsible for ensuring equipment and instruments match the varied needs of the NCYM team for teaching, performances, events and examinations, both within the centre and in other external venues. We’re seeking an experienced and organised individual who can ensure our equipment both musical and technical is provided in a way that enables our centre to run at an operationally high standard.
