Norfolk Centre for Young Musicians (NCYM) is an award winning Saturday music school. We’re the place to go in Norfolk if you’re a young person aged 4-18 and interested in music. It’s a place for children and young people to unleash their creativity and have fun, as much as it is for those who might be slightly more serious about studying music. Students have access to high-quality training with top music practitioners and industry professionals, across a variety of styles and genres, from beginners to diploma standard. We offer one to one tuition with top music tutors and lots of different classes to choose from. NCYM is part of Guildhall’s national under 18’s network Guildhall Young Artists and is one of five centres across the country providing inspiring performing arts training for children and young people. Guildhall School is a world-leading conservatoire based in the city of London and ranked as the top UK conservatoire in the Guardian music and drama league tables. This successful partnership provides opportunities for students to work with visiting artists from Guildhall School and access support from a major UK conservatoire for those interested in studying performing arts. Students can apply to join at any point throughout the year, with fee and travel bursaries available for means-tested students.
